Winzig Lodge offers both overnight and long-term rentals. We offer five overnight rentals and four long-term rentals.

Four overnight units are designed for two (2) guests with an option for two (2) additional guests. Each with one king size bed, a double sofa sleeper OR two 3" thick twin sleeping pads. All of our single units are furnished with kitchenettes cooking/eating utensils, sitting area, and high-speed fiber for streaming your favorite channels. Two units, our balcony suites have BBQ grills and beautiful views for chilling and grilling!

Our two-bedroom family townhouse unit designed for eight to ten (8-10) guests is the perfect family fun getaway in Lava Hot Springs! This option includes a master bedroom with one king size bed and attached bathroom; a second bedroom with one queen bed, one twin over full size bunkbed and trundle bed underneath and two (4) 3" thick twin sleeping pads. Each bedroom has its own bathrooms, with a full kitchen and family room on the main floor and half bath with washer/dryer. The family town house has two balconies with BBQ grill and eating area.

All overnight rentals come with High-Speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Most of the rooms feature a deck, putting the open-air views at your fingertips when you're ready to relax and enjoy a hot or cold beverage or catch a bite to eat outdoors.

Our four long-term rentals come fully furnished, complete with a full kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, covered patio, High-Speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi connection, and private parking. These rooms are available for three month, six month or one year leases. A perfect option for the working professional in Lava Hot Springs. Call for further information and availability.

03) Unit 3 Family Townhouse

This 1200 sqft. two-bedroom family townhouse is perfect for 8-10 guests. (Bedrooms require stair access) The master bedroom with its king size bed, full closet and private ensuite bathroom is roomy and very comfortable. An additional two 3" twin size sleeping floor pad is provided for smaller quests who wish to be close to parents. The Master bedroom also offers a stunning back deck view of the mountains! Bedroom two offers an ensuite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, queen bed, twin over full bunkbed with a twin-size trundle and can easily sleep six guests with two 3" twin size sleeping floor pads for additional small quests, or teens. With 2.5 bathrooms and a washer/dryer we've made this family unit, so your stay is as comfortable as possible. Full kitchen includes crockpot, griddle and more. Enjoy our back deck barbequing your favorites while enjoying the sunset, or the front deck sipping your favorite morning beverage. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $75.00 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR STAY.

Our business model is based on a European style house stay. NO FRONT DESK, REMOTE CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT. YOU'LL RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE WITH FUN THINGS TO-DO, DIRECTIONS, ENTERY INSTRUCTION, SOME HOUSE KEEPING RULES AND A FUN EURO MUSIC PLAYLIST FOR YOUR DRIVING PLEASURE! Check-in 4:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am.

Each of our units have either a small euro styled kitchenette, or full size kitchen. All our units have King size beds that are NOT hotel beds...you'll luv-em! Our top priority is for your comfort and enjoyment here at Winzig Lodge.

Keyless entry code: Gently Touch plastic cover above door handle, numbers will light up. Then key in the last 4 digits of your phone number plus # sign.

Cancellations
100% refund prior to 7-days. Within 7 days, 50% of reservation. Day of reservation No Refund. Travel Protection may alter these conditions depending on the protection the guest purchased.

Payments
50% deposit at time of reservation. The balance three days prior to check-in.

Parking
Free onsite parking. One parking spot per reserved room. Two vehicles permitted if they fit single file. Street parking is available per city code.

Animals
Pets are allowed in Unit 5 ADA ONLY, ALL OTHER UNITS have a NO pets policy. However, for boarding options see the following: Sage Spring Kennels 2327 E Merrill Rd, McCammon, ID 83250 208-221-9188 and Mystery Lake Kennels, 8291 S Robin Rd, McCammon, ID 83250, 208-254-3430.
A $250.00 CLEANING fee will be assessed to guests who do not comply.

Housekeeping
We DO NOT provide daily housekeeping. Ample towels and bedding are provided. If you have additional needs, just give us a call 208-244-9402.

Smoking or Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed within the building. A $250.00 service fee will be assessed to guests who do not comply.

Towels
Please do not use room towels for pools or outside activities. A $20.00 fee will be accessed for missing towels.

Property Damage/Excessive Cleaning
A service fee of up to $500 will be charged to guests who damage room property or exterior property at management discretion. i.e. damage to or by; smoking, pets, excessive trash and waste, dents/holes, damage to fixtures, furnishings, appliances, beds, or other property, etc. Stains on carpets, blinds and/or upholstery and other surfaces, etc. Any missing items will be the responsibility of the guests.

Noise
Please be respectful. Quiet hours are 10:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

Minimum Age
Guests must be over 18 years old to reserve a room.

Accidents, Injuries, Illness or Loss
Guests agree that Winzig Lodge is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur in or on the property. Do not leave valuables in your room. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Issues
Please report any damage or issues with the Lodge within three hours of check-in. Just call 208-244-9402 to report any damage or other issues.

Owner reserves the right to evict the guests if the terms of this agreement are not followed.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

0 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: stays in the NIghty Rentals class.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
