Winzig Lodge is pleased to have you as our guest.
We know you will love the Lava Hot Springs area and are happy you chose us as your host. We have been working hard to make sure your stay is most comfortable.
Please find below all the instructions associated with your stay. If you have questions, please let us know. Our top priority is for your comfort and enjoyment here at Winzig Lodge.

Check-in and Check-out are “remote”, no front desk. Check-in 4:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
Keyless entry code: Gently Touch plastic cover above door handle, numbers will light up. Then key in the last 4 digits of your phone number plus # sign.
Parking
Free onsite parking. One parking spot per reserved room. Two vehicles permitted if they fit single file. Street parking is available per city code.
Towels
Please do not use room towels for pools or outside activities. A $20.00 fee will be accessed for missing towels.
Minimum Age
Guests must be over 18 years old to reserve a room. Valid photo identification is required.
Housekeeping
We do not provide daily housekeeping. Ample towels and bedding are provided. If you have additional needs, just give us a call 208-244-9402.
Noise
Please be respectful. Quiet hours are 8:00 A.M. and after 10:30 P.M.
Animals
No Pets allowed at Winzig Lodge. For boarding options see the following: Brauns Boarding and Grooming, 208-339-5584, and Mystery Lake Kennels, 208-254-3430. A $250.00 service fee will be assessed to guests who do not comply.
Smoking or Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed within the building. A $250.00 service fee will be assessed to guests who do not comply.
Accidents, Injuries, Illness or Loss
Guests agree that Winzig Lodge is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur in or on the property. Do not leave valuables in your room. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Property Damage/Excessive Cleaning
A service fee of up to $500 will be charged to guests who damage room property or exterior property at management discretion. i.e. damage to or by; smoking, pets, excessive trash and waste, dents/holes, damage to fixtures, furnishings, appliances, beds, or other property, etc. Stains on carpets, blinds and/or upholstery and other surfaces, etc. Any missing items will be the responsibility of the guests.
Issues
Please report any damage or issues with the Lodge within three hours of check-in. These issues can be reported by texting 208-244-9402.
Cancellations
100% refund prior to 7-days. Within 7 days, 50% of reservation. Day of reservation No Refund.
Payments
50% deposit at time of reservation. The balance three days prior to check-in.
Owner reserves the right to evict the guests if the terms of this agreement are not followed.
